"I’m Flow, 25 years old, a passionate and versatile dancer from the Bronx, New York. Dance has been a part of my life since day one, shaped by family traditions and the vibrant energy of my community. I’ve trained in Flexn, Krump, contemporary,Litefeet ballet, and more, blending powerful, expressive movement in every performance.
Currently studying Exercise Science and Kinesiology, I bring a deep understanding of the body to my dance, helping me push physical limits while focusing on injury prevention and long-term health.
Known for my raw emotion and authenticity, I use dance to tell stories and connect with my audience. My passion and energy are always clear.
In the future, I will teach and mentor the next generation of dancers, sharing what I’ve learned and helping others grow. Focused on creativity and growth, I continue to inspire through my art."
